Preamble

We, Pigeon the First, by the grace of Gods King of Hollow, First among the Noble Equals, Duke of the Remaining Royal Provinces, the Lord-Mayor of the City of Hollow, the Most Excellent, the Most Just, the Defender of the One True Faith, Subservient only to the True Holy Gods, in agreement with Our Parliament, deem it proper to issue the following law:

Body

§1. The Prime Minister and the Monarch may ban individuals who have clearly egregiously violated Discord Terms of Service.

• §1.1. A violation of Terms of Service shall be considered egregious if it was repeated multiple times in a short amount of time, the violation was highly intense or the violation contained serious doxxing, NSFW, or gore.

§2. A public channel shall be kept chronicling, each time this Act is used—

• §2.1. the banned user’s username;
• §2.2. the reason for the ban in general terms; and
• §2.3. the date of the ban.

§3. For the purposes of §2, 'channel' includes the in-built Discord audit log so long as the reasons are provided in that log.
